BEFORE YOU BUY:

 

To ensure that your transaction is processed smoothly, please review these requirements carefully before purchasing any item from our online store.

 

If buying a firearm please review all of the purchase info prior to finalizing the order.  We MUST ship all firearms to a local FFL dealer. Any legitimate gun store / dealer has an FFL Gun Dealer's license.

 

If your item is not a firearm we will ship directly to your house or preferred delivery address as long as the item is legal in your state / local jurisdiction.

 

Firearms and Ammo orders require Shipping Signatures.  Any items that are returned due to lack of signature will be charged a 30% restocking fee.  It is the customer's responsibility to verify that purchased items are legal in their state BEFORE placing any orders.  

 

If you purchase a firearm and other items on the same order the entire order will ship to the FFL dealer.  There are no split shipments.

 

We DO NOT ship Magazines to the Following Areas:  California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York.

 

PLEASE NOTE: If you live in a magazine restricted state or local jurisdiction, we will remove the magazine from the order and ship the firearm to your FFL dealer without the magazine.  There will be no substitutions or discounts for removal of magazines or any other custom magazine options offered.

 

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS / INFO:

 

Orders must be placed using our on-line shopping cart system so they can be recorded and tracked automatically. Deposits are non refundable.

 

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, Debit Cards, Personal / Business Checks, Money Orders and Bitcoin (various Altcoins may be accepted as well upon request).  We DO NOT accept PayPal, Pre-Paid Cards, Faxed Checks, or COD's.  Cards will be charged at the time orders are placed as there is no delayed billing options offered online. Certified Funds payments must be received within 7 days of order placement or the order will be cancelled.

 

BITCOIN / ALTCOIN ORDERS:  BitCoin orders will be pegged to USD using current CoinBase exchange rates.  While BitCoin and LiteCoin are the preferred CryptoCoins, AltCoin orders may be quoted based on the price of a corresponding exchange service (ie: BTC-e or Cryptsy).  However, depending on the liquidity of the customer's preferred CryptoCoin, the customer may incur a small fee (1% to 10%) for less liquid AltCoins.  This rate will be determined only at the point of transfer and the quoted price in BTC (or AltCoin) will only be valid for 30 minutes.  Much like other payment methods, if purchasing a firearm or ammunition all background and/or identification checks must be completed prior to the transfer of the firearm / ammo. Once the needed information has been provided, a payment address will be supplied to the customer's provided e-mail address.  As the price of CryptoCurrencies can sometimes be volatile, a new address and price quote may or may not be supplied by Talion LLC if the transaction does not appear in the BlockChain within 30 minutes, and re-negotiation of price may be required.  Payments are not considered officially processed unless 6 confirmations can be seen in the BlockChain.  To ensure that this process goes smoothly, phone conversations are preferred for larger purchases.  More information on BitCoin can be found in this video.  CryptoCurrencies are an exciting new technology that will continue to grow as a conveninet and efficient decentralized form of payment in the future.  However, given the volatile price and regulatory climate that surrounds CryptoCurrencies, please understand that Talion, LLC reserves the right to temporarily suspend or refuse the acceptance of these payments at any time, for whatever reason, without notice.  If payments have already been transferred, they will be returned to the address from which they were received.

 

Canceled or changed orders will incur a 30% (total order amount) cancellation fee even if the item(s) have not shipped.  Any orders cancelled after 3 days will be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee.  Please make sure you are committed to your purchase prior to completing the online order.

 

We need to receive the FFL for your order within 7 days of order completion.  After 10 days if we have not received the FFL from the transfer dealer your order will be cancelled and a 30% restocking fee will be charged.  If your order has already shipped and you wish to cancel all or part of an order you will be responsible for shipping both ways, and a 30% re-stocking fee will be charged.

 

 

DISCOUNTS & COUPONS:

 

The customer must apply any coupons or discounts at the time of the order.  We cannot apply discounts retroactively after orders have been placed.  

 

 

FINALIZING YOUR ORDER:

 

Please have your desired FFL Dealer fax their license to (972)-534-1600 or e-mail it to us at Guns@TalionLLC.com with your NAME & ORDER NUMBER written on the cover sheet or e-mail subject line.  If we do not receive the proper paperwork within 7 days we will be forced to cancel the order and charge a 30% re-stocking fee (even if the order has not shipped).

 

If you would like more information regarding about these requirements please e-mail us at Guns@TalionLLC.com.  We start processing ATF Approval paperwork in advance of the shipments.  Changing FFL's requires all new paperwork.  If purchasing a firearm and you do not have the Dealer's address yet, please specify your billing & shipping as the same.

GENERAL FFL INFORMATION:

 

Common examples of FFL Dealers are gun stores, gunsmiths, pawn shops and shooting ranges. These dealers will assist in your transfer.  All FFL Dealers must send us their information regardless of prior transfers.  The FFL Dealer will do the background check and then transfer the item(s) to you pending a successful background check.  Transfer fees may vary.

 

You will need to verify with the FFL Dealer that the item you are buying is legal for you to own in your state or local jurisdiction.  Make sure that YOU have spoken with the FFL PRIOR TO CHECKOUT and agreed that they will handle the transfer for you BEFORE SENDING US THEIR FFL PAPERWORK.

 

We are not affiliated with nor endorsing any particular FFL Dealers.  If you do not contact the dealer in advance and the gun is returned because of an issue with the FFL dealer you chose, you will be charged a re-stocking fee of 30%.  Due to privacy rules we cannot post FFL Dealer's phone numbers, however you can usually find this information online or in your local phone directory.

 

You can use the following search tool provided by www.FFLregistry.com to find other dealers near you. Please note these dealers are not on file with our office and will need to fax or email a copy of their FFL with your name & order number attached.  

 

The person listed as paying for the item on the order must be the one picking up the firearm and filling out the 4473 form at the FFL transfer dealer.  It is illegal to pay for the rifle under one name & have it shipped for another.  This is called a "straw man purchase" and is a federal offense.

 

When you complete your order, print your receipt twice. Give one to your FFL Dealer and have him include it with a copy of his FFL paperwork and fax it to (972)-534-1600 or e-mail it to Guns@TalionLLC.com.  Your order will not ship until your FFL Dealer has provided a copy of your order receipt & their FFL.  

 

Please Note: We must have the dealer write Your NAME & ORDER NUMBER on the fax or email with the FFL, this allows us to know who & what the FFL is for.  If we do not get this we cannot process the order.  If your dealer does not include your NAME & ORDER NUMBER with the FFL sent in we will not process the order.  PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE YOUR FFL. Once chosen we start processing ATF FFL approvals in advance.  If we have to reprocess paperwork there will be a extra charge of $50.00.

 

 

LEGAL DISCLAIMERS:

 

1.  Buyer agrees to have any used firearm checked by a certified gunsmith prior to firing.

 

2.  Buyer assumes all legality, liability and responsibility for the condition, use & security / storage of the firearm purchased.

 

3.  Buyer certifies by purchasing a firearm from Talion LLC that he or she is legally qualified to purchase and own the firearm, that there are no state or local laws preventing ownership, and owner will utilize a trigger lock to prevent accidents.

 

4.  Buyer understands that all firearms are potentially dangerous if handled improperly.

 

5.  Buyer must be at least 18-21 years of age to purchase any firearm.  Please check with your FFL / gun transfer dealer on age requirements in your state.  

 

6.  Upon purchase, buyer assumes all liability and responsibility including but not limited to the usage and safe storage of the purchased firearm.  Please read all information listed on our web site before purchasing (warranty, shipping etc.)

 

7.  Deposits are non-refundable and there is a 30% re-stocking fee on approved returns.  Please ask any question before placing an order.

 

8.  All warranty issues will be sent directly to the original manufacturer or factory. Talion LLC does not cover the warranty of non-Talion products but will be glad to assist in facilitating your warranty claim to the original manufacturer.
